This is f***** gold.
Flavor is fantastic and the ONLY time i've had coffee this good and smooth was in the DR at a literal mom and pop (husband and wife) cafe' in the old, more third world looking parts on the outer edges of santo domingo.
No harsh bitterness, even out of a automatic/k-cup brewer, just smooth and slightly cocoa taste to it (not chocolate, cocoa powder flavor) with some earthy notes in the back of that.
BEST brew is percolated slow.

Excellent espresso coffee! This was a real treat and i very much enjoyed this! super smooth, which is suprising as it comes off smelling rich when put through my machine and i fully expected some bitterness, but this was smooth as silk. Added some steamed mocha milk and a touch of cinnimon on the top, i could drink this everyday. I do hope this will be in larger bags soon as it did not take me long to use this up. Also really enjoyed the little extra touch of the story in the enveope on the bag!
