Full Moon’s Fury is built around an Arabica and Robusta Napoli-style blend, taken deep into the roast to develop the rich, powerful character that makes this style of coffee so distinctive.
The intense roast brings out the beans’ natural sweetness, producing a full-bodied cup layered with dark chocolate and caramel, followed by a slightly smoky finish that gives the blend its unmistakable edge. The Arabica contributes depth and balance, while the Robusta adds body, caffeine, and the strength needed to carry the flavor through even the darkest roast.
Where Full Moon’s Fury truly comes alive is in espresso. Pulled properly, it produces a beautifully thick, persistent crema and a dense, aromatic shot with enough intensity to drink straight while remaining bold enough to hold its character in cappuccinos, lattes, and other milk-based drinks.
